We offer a variety of affordable breath alcohol tests and urine drug screens, including DOT and Non-DOT testing by certified collectors. We are a preferred eScreen collection site plus a collection site for most urine and hair drug screening labs.

Physicals and Occupational Testing

DOT Certified Medical Examiners are available Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., often on a walk-in basis. We also offer non-DOT physicals, pulmonary function testing, audiograms, vision screening, agility/fitness testing, vaccines, lab tests, TB tests, x-rays, Physical Capacity Profiles and more.

*Drug and Alcohol Testing must be collected by 30 minutes prior to closing. All urine drug screen donors should allow a 3 hour window of time in order to complete their collection. Any donor who leaves the testing facility for any reason or violates testing rules and regulations prior to submitting a suitable sample will be reported as a Refusal to Test.
